Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) eye drops in prevention and treatment of perforation of nasal septum. Methods:76 cases of patients with deviation of nasal septum who had accepted nasal septal construction were randomly divided into treatment group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases), the treatment group used the bFGF eye drops to infiltrate the absorbable gelatin sponge and filled the nasal cavity with vaseline gauze, while the control group not used, observed the situation of perforation of nasal septum and na-sal mucosa recovery of two groups. Results:The occurrence of perforation of nasal septum of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.01);the situation of the nasal mucosa recovery of treatment group was better than control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:The bFGF eye drops can effectively prevent perforation of nasal septum and promote the wound healing after nasal septal construction.关键词
