The Effect of Sulfentanyl on Fast-track Anesthesia in Modified Radical Mastectomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of sulfentanyl on fast-track anesthesia in modified radical mastectomy. Methods:60 cases of patients who would accept modified radical mastectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cas-es), the control group induced analgesia by remifentanil, while observation group by sulfentanyl, observed the anesthetic effect of two groups. Re-sults:The PACU residence time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group (P<0.05); the VAS score of observation groupi was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Sulfentanyl inducing analgesia in modified radical mastectomy can significantly reduce the postoperative pain with minimum dosage, the significant analgesic effect makes it become an induced analgesia method that is worth promoting in modified radical mastectomy.关键词
