The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Depression-Anxiety-Stress of Xerophthalmia Patients with Different Ages

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on depression-anxiety-stress of xerophthalmia patients with different ages. Methods:120 cases of xerophthalmia patients were divided into 3 groups according to their ages, all of them were treated by medication and given nursing intervention, and evaluated the effect by DASS-21 scale and social support scale (SSS). Results:After nursing, the depression, anxiety and stress scores of 3 groups were all significantly lower than those of before nursing (P<0.05), and among of which had significant differences (P<0.05);the SSS scores among 3 groups had significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion:Nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic effect of xeroph-thalmia.关键词
