Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of different dosage of atorvastatin on the outcomes of patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI operation. Methods:150 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome who were going to be porfomed PCI were randomly divided into high dosage group (n=75) and low dosage group (n=75), both of which were porfomed conventional PCI, and the high dosage group continuously orally took atorvastatin in a dosage of 40mg per day at the time of 3-5 days before surgery and in 6 months after operation, while the low dosage group in a dosage of 20mg per day, compared the lipid level, serum inflammatory cytokines, heart function and prognosis of two groups before surgery and the first, sixth month after surgery. Results:At the first and sixth month after surgery, the levels of plasma HDL-C and LVEF of two groups were higher than those of before surgery, while levels of plasma LDL-C, TC, TG, NT proBMP and serum IL-6, TNF-a were lower than those of before surgery;at the same time, the levels of plasma HDL-C and LVEF of high dosage group were higher than those of low dosage group (P<0.05), while levels of plasma LDL-C, TC, TG, NT proBMP and serum IL-6, TNF-a were lower than those of low dosage group (P<0.05);the occurrence of cardiovascular events, stent thrombosis, restenosis and mortality of high dosage group were all lower than those low dosage group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Appropri-ately increasing the dosage of atorvastatin is conducive to improve the PCI outcomes of patients with acute coronary syndrome and their prognosis.关键词
