Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of keritherapy for joint dysfunction after knee joint arthroplasty. Methods: 80 cases of patients with joint dysfunction after knee joint arthroplasty who received from Jun 2013 to Dec 2014 by our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into obser-vation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases), all of them were treated by comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, while observation group combined with keritherapy, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results:After treatment, the improvement of ROM and AKS score of observation group were both significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05);the overall response rate of observation group was 97.5%, which was high-er than 85.0%that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Kerithearpy can effectively improve the efficacy of joint dysfunction after knee joint ar-throplasty, and improve patients' joint range of motion and quality of life, deserves clinical promotion and application.关键词
