北五味子木脂素对酒精性肝损伤小鼠免疫功能的影响
Effects of Schisandra Lignanoids on the Immune Function of Mice with Alcoholic Liver Injury

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of schisandra lignanoids( SCL) on the lymphocyte subgroup and NK cells in mice.Method High,medium and low doses of SCL were administrated to treat mice with alcoholic liver injury,bifendate pills as the control.Viscera coefficient of the mice was observed.Humoral immunity function, lymphocyte proliferation and activity of NK cells were tested by Spectrophotometer.The effects of SCL on lymphocyte subsets and NK cells were determined by flow cytometry instrument and MTT method.Results The thymus and spleen coefficients increased significantly in the medium group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,CD8+ decreased obviously,CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ ratio significantly increased (P<0.05).Medium dose of SCL remarkably improved the activity of NK cells, and the proliferation ability of lymphocyte T and B (P<0.05).Conclusion SCL could enhance the immunity of the mice with alcoholic liver injury.关键词
