输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石88例临床分析
Clinical Analysis on 88 Cases of Patients with Ureteral Calculi Treated with Holmium Laser Lithotripsy under Ureter Mirror

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of holmium laser lithotripsy on ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 88 patients with ureteral calculi were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received traditional open surgery for treatment, and the observation group was given ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.The clinical curative effect of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The average intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time and primary days of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The postoperative complication rate of the observation group ( 0 ) was significantly lower than that of the control group ( 6 .82%) ( P< 0 .05 ) .Conclusion The application of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy on the treatment of ureteral calculi has remarkable clinical efficacy with higher safety.关键词
