Standardization construction and management of ischemic stroke syndrome biobank
摘要
Abstract
Standardized biobank is a bridge to achieve the rapid transformation of scientific research to clinical practice,it is the guarantee of realization of translational medicine. This paper introduces the concept of the biobank, standardization construction situation of biobank at home and abroad,traditional Chinese medicine( TCM)scientific re-search development needs of stroke,and analyses the necessity to construct an ischemic stroke TCM syndrome biobank. At the mean time,this article expoundsthe basic content of standardized construction,management,quality control and application of the biobank. The ischemic stroke TCM syndrome biobank will provide reference experience about constructing biobanks with TCM characters in TCM field and promote the construction process of TCM biobanks.关键词
