不同刺激量针刺关元穴对寒凝类痛经模型大鼠的影响
Different acupuncture stimulus at“Guanyuan(RN4)”on dysmenorrheal rats model with cold syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the analgesia mechanism of different acupuncture stimulus at“Guanyuan ( RN4 )”on dysmenorrheal rats model with cold syndrome by observing the concnet of contraction receptor( OTR ) and myosin light streptokinase( MLCK)of uterine tissue in rats. Methods The 32 female SD rats at diestrus with 3 months aged were randomized into 4 groups,including a saline control group,a cold stagnation of dysmenorrheal model control group,an A stimuli group and a B stimuli group,with 8 rats in each group. Except the saline control group rats given intraperitoneal injection 0. 9% Nacl,in the rest groups rats were treated with the whole body freezing method combined with estradiol benzoate injection mold. Results Except the saline control group and model control group, the acupuncture groups acupunctured the RN4 point for 20 min after modeling,the A stimuli group needled acupoint with thick needle and insert deeper with manipulation;the B stimuli group with fine needle and insert shallowly without manipulation. Observe the OTR by Polymerase Chain Reaction( PCR)and MLCK by ELISA in uterine of 8 rats in each group. Conclusion Different acupuncture stimulus at RN4 on experimental cold syndrome of dysmenorrheal model rats have different effect,inserting deeper with thick needle and exerting manipulation is better than fine needle and inserting shallowly without manipulation. It indicate that different acupuncture stimulus is one of the vital factors to determine the acupuncture therapeutic efficacy.关键词
