自拟活血通络方治疗冠心病PCI术后心绞痛
Huoxue Tongluo treatment on percutaneous coronary intervention postoperative angina pectoris of coronary heart disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huoxue Tongluo in the treatment of PCI postopera-tive angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods By using random numbers table,the research subjects were randomly divided into normal group of 40 cases,give the PCI postoperative standardized treatment of coronary heart disease,the treatment group 40 cases,on the basis of the standard treatment with Huoxue Tongluo,200 ml/t,2 times/d. Results The frequency and time of angina were better than before treatment in both groups(P﹤0. 01);Treatment group angina pectoris duration is more obvious( P﹤0 . 05 ). 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram ischemia attack num-ber of times,total time,ischemia for the longest time,the total number of ventricular premature were significantly de-creased ,showing statistical difference when compared with the group before treatment( P﹤0 . 05 ),treatment group de-creased more significantly than the conventional group after treatment( P﹤0 . 05 ). Declined scores of clinical chinese medical syndrome were significantly decreased,showing statistical difference when compared with the group before treatment( P﹤0 . 05 ),treatment group decreased more significantly than the conventional group after treatment( P﹤ 0. 05). The treatment group short-term prognosis is better than that of control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of standardized treatment with Huoxue Tongluo can improve the clinical curative effect,improve the short-term prognosisand,found no adverse reactions in the treatment of PCI postoperative angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.关键词
