摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the Huoxue tongluo qingnao decoction treat the clinical curative effect of the senile patients with transient ischemic attack and its influence on cerebral blood flow dynamics and fibrinogen. Meth-ods A total of 126 senile patients with the diagnostic criteria of transient ischemic attack were included in the study and randomized into the observation group( n=63 )and the control group( n=63 ). The patients in the two groups were given Clopidogrel Sulfate Tablets and Bayaspirin for the routine treatment,the patients in the observation group were given the Huoxue tongluo qingnao decoction. The improvements of the clinical symptoms,TCD shows the average vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity and fibrinogen level before and after intervention between the two groups is compared. Results The clinical symptoms of the observation group improve the total effective rate was 95. 23% after treatment,the control grope symptoms improve the total effective rate was 90. 47% after treatment. Observation group in improving clinical symptoms,the average vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity and fibrinogen contents has distinct curative effect,and obviously better than that of control group(P﹤0. 05),with statistical significance. Con-clusion Huoxue tongluo qingnao decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,average vertebral artery blood flow velocity and fibrinogen contents.关键词
