巴曲酶注射液联合银杏达莫治疗老年突发性聋
Batroxobin injection plus Yinxingdamo for geriatric sudden deafness
摘要
Abstract
Objecitve To investigate the efficacy of Batroxobin combined with Tinxingdamo treating geriatric sudden deafness. Methods The 100 senile patients with acute hearing loss of flat audiogram were randomized into two groups,the treatment group(56 cases,60 ears)given Batroxobin plus Tinxingdamo and the control group(44 ca-ses,48 ears)Tinxingdamo with the same other therapies for both groups. Auditory improvements of the two groups were showed by means of pre-and post-treatment pure-tone audiometry. Results Of the treatment group,30 ears com-pletely recovered,18 ears markedly recovered,8 ears moderately recovered,and 4 ears didn’t recover,with the total effective rate 93. 3%(56/60)and the completely recovered together with markedly recovered rate 80%(48/60);of the control group,13 ears completely recovered,10 ears markedly recovered,15 ears moderately recovered,and 10 ears didn’t recover,with the total effective rate 79. 2%(38/48)and the completely recovered together with markedly re-covered rate 47 . 9%( 23/48 );the total effective rate and the completely recovered together with markedly recovered rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than in the control group. Conclusion Batroxobin combined with Tinxingdamo are better than Tinxingdamo alone for treating geriatric sudden deafness.关键词
