149例内镜下异物取出术的操作规范及护理
149 cases of endoscopic with the foreign bodies and nursing
摘要
Abstract
Objective Discusses and summarizes the upper gastrointestinal tract and respiratory tract foreign bodies cooperation and nursing experience. Methods Comprehensive and accurate assessment of the patient’s gener-al situation,The necessary psychological care and preoperative preparation,According to the shape of the nature,sta-tus,and of the foreign body selecting suitable equipment,Cooperate a doctor actively foreign bodies. Results The 149 cases of patients,145 cases of success,the other 4 cases with foreign body long time X-ray shows viscera perforation, Suggest to surgical treatment. Conclusion And respiratory tract foreign bodies of upper gastrointestinal tract endo-scopic,use convenient,quick,safe,inexpensive,small trauma,high success rate. To avoid the pain of surgery,is a ma-ture endoscopic minimally invasive technique.关键词
