Abstract
Aiming at the problems of flue gas inhomogeneities in coal-fired power plant, flue gas NOx concentra-tion, ammonia escape concentration and velocity field of flue gas denitration system are measured, and the causes and improvement measures are analyzed. Flue gas NOx concentration field, velocity field and ammonia escape concentration are measured by using NGA 2000 flue gas analyzer and S type pitot tube, and analysis are made on the data. Analysis results show that the SCR inlet and outlet NOx concentration inhomogeneities exists general y, performance test and acceptance must use the grid method to detect the NOx concentration. SCR ve-locity field inhomogeneity effects NOx inhomogeneity of SCR outlet. According to the NOx concentration field and velocity field of SCR inlet adjusting the ammonia spraying amount of ammonia gun to improving the DeNOx effi-cienc of SCR reactor and reduce ammonia escape.关键词
