去除猪场沼液重金属 Pb(II)的离子印迹膜制备及其应用
Preparation and Application of Ion-imprinted Membrane for Pb (II)Removal from Pig Farm Biogas Slurry

Abstract
A Pb (II)ion-imprinted membrane was prepared by using sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and polyvinyl alcohol.Experimentation was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the membrane in removing the heavy metal from the biogas slurry collected from 3 local pig farms.The results indicated that the membrane had a spongy, gully-like structure with cavities in a size of approximately 0.24 nm similar to that of Pb (II).The hydrophilicity of the surface of the Pb (II)-IIM was significantly improved after the imprint benefiting the affinity and binding of Pb (II)to the membrane loci.The membrane showed a high selectivity in allowing the permeation of lead ions.The infiltration for various metal ions were in the order of:Pb (II)>Zn (II)>Cu (II)>Cd (II)>Co (II).The Pb (II)removal rate by the membrane on the biogas slurry was 93%-95%.The effluent after the filtration met the requirement for environmental protection in the vegetable-producing regions.关键词
