摘要
Abstract
Drastic fluctuations of vegetable price seriously affect the life quality of residents and income level of peasants,and therefore the related issues on vegetable price fluctuations gradually become the research focus. With the influencing factors on Fujian vegetable price,including vegetable production costs,circulation costs,vegetable yield,weather conditions,income level of residents and so on,from 2000 to 2014 as basic data,effects of the above factors on the vegetable price fluctuations were analyzed. The results showed that two factors,relationship between supply and demand and production costs,played a decisive role in the vegetable prices fluctuation of Fujian province currently. So it is important to stabilize the price of vegetable by paying special attention to the vegetables production and demand management,speeding up the development of modern logistics,improving the organization degree of farmers,and comprehensive control measures.关键词
