不同药物对澳洲龙纹斑幼鱼小瓜虫病的治疗效果
The Treatment Effect Analysis on Different Drugs of Lchthyophthirius Multifiliis in Maccullochella Peelii
摘要
Abstract
Ichthyophthirius disease is one of the biggest disease threat in process of artificial breeding of Maccullochella peelii,especially in the larval stage,mortality rate of up to 100%. In this study,the two drug regimens,comparison and analysis of the treatment of Maccullochella peelii Ichthyophthirius disease effect,to determine the best treatment and determine optimum drug concentration. Experimental results show,In using experimental drugs for treatment scheme (Fish Kangle+Florfenicol+Pharmaceutical preparation of oxytetracycline hydrochloride+Sodiume humate)of Ichthyophthirius disease fish cure rate was 93.3%,in the use of the control drug group (Faure Marin+Industrial salt)in the treatment of Ichthyophthirius disease of fish survival rate only 30.0%.At the same time,to determine the optimum drug concentration for 2 g·t-1 of Fish Kangle,3 g·t-1 of Florfenicol,3 g · t-1 of Pharmaceutical preparation of oxytetracycline hydrochloride and 0.8 g · t-1 of Sodiume humate.关键词
