脉复生对血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者血脂与血液流变学的作用
Effects of Maifusheng decoction on serum lipid and hemorheology in patients with thromboangiitis obliterans

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Maifusheng decoction on serum lipid and hemorheology in pa-tients with thromboangiitis obliterans.Methods 132 patients with thromboangiitis obliterans were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 66 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with rou-tine control of blood pressure and glucose, control in infection, anticoagulation, supportive therapy and circulation im-provement, while Maifusheng decoction was added in the treatment group.Changes of serum lipid and hemorheology in each group were observed after 3 courses of treatments.Results Levels of serum lipid, whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity, VAI, IR and TK levels were not significantly different between the treatment group and the control group before therapy.TC, TG, LDL-C, APOB and LP( a) levels were reduced with increased levels of HDL-C, APOA1 and adi-ponectin in the treatment group( P<0.05) .Whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity, VAI and TK levels reduced and IR levels were elevated after therapy in the treatment group(P<0.05).Levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, APOB, and LP ( a) , whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity, VAI and TK levels were lower and IR levels were higher in the treatment group than those in the control group after therapy( P<0.05) .Conclusion Maifusheng can regulate lipid metabolism and improve hemorheology in patients with thromboangiitis obliterans.关键词
