混合性阴道炎症患者自我管理能力与自我效能的相关性研究
Study on the relationship between self-management ability and self-efficacy of patients with mixed vaginitis

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between self-management ability and self-efficacy of patients with mixed vaginitis and seek nursing countermeasures to improve the self-management ability of patients with vaginitis.Methods Chronic disease self-efficacy scale prepared by Chronic Disease Education Research Center of Stanford University in the United States and a self-designed questionnaire for self-management ability of patients with vaginitis were used to investigate 192 cases of vaginitis.Spearman's correlation analysis was conducted to determine the relationship between these two facotrs.Results The total score of self-efficacy of patients with vaginitis was 5.47 ±1.64, which was in low level.Self-management ability score was 10.64 ±2.63 and in the middle low level.They had significantly positive correlation (r=0.276, P <0.01).Conclusion Self-efficacy of patients with mixed vaginitis can be improved in the clinical nursing work by enhancing patients' self-efficacy, and thus their self-management ability can be improved to reduce the recurrence of disease.关键词
