Abstract
In order to better utilize the relevant standards to evaluate non-metallic inclusions in steel, the contents of GB/T 10561—2005 and ASTM E45—2013 were compared, including the scope of application, detection methods, inclusion basic classification and so on, it analyzed the differences between two standards. The result showed that the applicable scope of the ASTM E45—2013 is slightly wider, and the detection methods are more; a DS class is included in GB/T 10561—2005 standard non-metallic inclusion classifications, and need use letters to express thick and super-size inclusions. Therefore attention must be paid to the application of these two standards.关键词
