The Effect of Follow-up by Telephone on Life Quality of Patients with Schizophrenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of follow-up by telephone on life quality of patients with schizophrenia. Methods:All 304 patients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned into study group(150 cases)and control group (154 cases).After discharge,patients in the both groups received an outpatient service follow-up while a follow-up by telephone was given to patients in the study group for a year.The patients'state of illness and life quality were e-valuated with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)and the Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS) respectively.Results:The scores after intervention were not same as those before intervention in the both groups(FB=34.779,263.630,91.575,5.272;P<0.05).There was a significant interaction effect between intervention method and time(FAB=19.848,25.272,20.594,19.153;P<0.01)and there were significant differences(FA=40.696,18.575, 47.652,40.667;P<0.01)between the both groups on the scores of PANSS and SQLS.In the 6th,12th end of the month after joining the group,The decrease ranges of the scores in the study group were significantly greater than those in the control group(t=8.274,4.455,4.484,5.027,8.048,4.376,5.831,4.538;P<0.01).Conclusion:The follow-up intervention by telephone can significantly improve life quality of patients with schizophrenia.关键词
