慢性不可预知性应激刺激后大鼠行为学的改变
The Changes of Behaviors in Rats Induced by Chronic Unpredictable Stress in Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the changes of behavior of rats in stress state induced by chronic unpredictable stress experiments.Methods:When twenty 5-week-old male SD rats had been feed for 3weeks were randomly di-vided into 2 groups,the control group and the experimental group.Each group had ten rats.The experimental group were suffered chronic unpredictable stress stimulations everyday until the fifth week.The control group drank and ate normally everyday.2 groups rats were weighted every week and evaluated by open-field box and sucrose preference test,then compared the scores of 2 groups.Results:There was no significant difference between control group and ex-perimental group in weight.But there was significant difference between experimental group and control group in the score of the open-field from the fourteenth day(t=-2.420,P<0.05);There were significant difference between ex-perimental group and control group in the scores of sucrose preference test from the twenty-first day(t=5.854,P<0.05).Conclusion:Long-term chronic unpredictable stress stimulation can affect the general body state of rats.关键词
