Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of positive psychological capital intervention for college students in Guizhou province.Methods:The experimental design was pre-test and post-test in the research.And Positive Psy-chological Questionnaires(PPQ)was used as the measure tool.Results:① There was not obvious difference between experiment-group and control-group's pre-test;②There were obvious differences between their post-test:Ex-perimental-group 1 had significant higher levels than control-group 1 at positive psychological capital,self-effi-cacy,hope and optimism(t=10.279,5.962,3.177,2.165;P<0.05),experimental-group 2 also had significantly higher levels than control-group 2 at positive psychological capital,self-efficacy,hope and optimism(t=7.12, 3.75,5.27,4.04;P<0.05);③Experimental-groups and control-groups had remarkable differences between the in-crements of their pre-test and post-test,experimental-group 1 had significantly higher increments than control-group 1 at positive psychological capital and self-efficacy(t=13.04,4.70;P<0.001),experimental-group 2 had significantly higher increments than control-group 2 at positive psychological capital,self-efficacy,hope and op-timism(t=7.12,3.75,5.27,4.04;P<0.01);④There was remarkable difference between the post-tests of experi-mental-groups and control-groups after analysis of covariance that used pre-test as covariate.Conclusion:The ex-perimental research proves that PPCI for Guizhou province's college students is an effective method to help college students to upgrade their Positive Psychological Capital.关键词
