The Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Hunan Jail Police

Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of Hunan Jail police,and provide a scientific basis for the work of the prison administration.Methods:This study used questionnaire to investigate 151 Hunan Jail Police's job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior condition, and analyzed differences of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior in gender,marriage and working life,also,we explored relationship between them.Results:①The overall score of the prison police organizational citi-zenship behavior was in the medium level(M=22.46),Female jail police had more interpersonal harmony than male jail police(t=-2.85,P<0.01).②Married jail police and the other groups had more job satisfaction than unmarried jail police(F=4.63,P<0.05).③Job satisfaction was significantly related with organizational citizenship behavior(r=0.27,P<0.01).Conclusion:Job satisfaction can affect organization citizenship behavior of Hunan jail police.关键词
