Abstract
Objective:To find out the relationships between college students'achievement motivation and vocation interest,and provide a theoretical basis for employment guidance of universities.Methods:232 college students com-pleted the Achievement Motive Scale and the College students'vocational interest questionnaire.Results:Male got higher scores than female on successful motivation,integral motivation,investigative and enterprising(t=2.190, 2.760,3.493,4.624;P<0.01).Science students got higher scores than arts students on successful motivation,integral motivation,investigative and enterprising(t=2.757,3.811,4.187,2.961;P<0.01),but lower scores on failure moti-vation(t=-2.435,P<0.05).The successful motivation showed positive correlation with investigative,enterprising and social (r=0.330,0.368,0.293),The failure motivation showed positive correlation with enterprising(r=0.322, P<0.01).The integral motivation showed positive correlation with investigative,enterprising and social(r=0.284, 0.496,0.258;P<0.01),but showed negative correlation with conventional(r=-0.160,P<0.01).Conclusion:There are relations between achievement motivation and vocation interest on college students.关键词
