医学生动机及学习策略量表的构建
Development of A Scale for Motivation and Learning Strategies in Medical School Student

Abstract
Objective:To develop motivation and learning strategies scale for medical school student and test its re-liability and validity,to set reference for evaluating the level of motivation and learning strategies of medical students.Methods:Determining four dimensions of the scale,preliminary elaboration of 80 entries.655 students were measured with the pre-set scale to test the reliability and validity.Then entries were filtered by the analysis of the result to conclude the valid entries in the final scale.Results:This scale retained 50 entries,including intrinsic motiva-tion(13 items),task analysis(12 items),extrinsic motivation(14 items)and self-awareness(11items).The general Cranach'sαcoefficient was 0.805,degrees for each dimension were 0.716~0.831,indicate the scale had better inner consistency;General split-half reliability was 0.800,degrees for each dimension were 0.760~0.835,all of which be-yond 0.700;Equivalent-form method was used to obtained general content degrees 0.892,showed the scale was full representative for the test in content range;Principal component analysis was used to test validity,and obtained in-trinsic motivation,extrinsic motivation,task analysis and self-cognition for the four main components.Conclusion:The final scale has good reliability and validity,and is suitable for the evaluation of medical students'learning moti-vation and learning strategies,and plays a role in a better self-regulated learning process of the student.关键词
