中浓度纸浆流变特性的数值模拟
Numerical simulation of rheological properties for medium consistency pulp

Abstract
To investigate the flowing characteristic of medium consistency pulp in shear force and discover the variety law in rheological process,the numerical simulation was conducted to analyze the flowing characteristic of medium consistency pulp in a rotating tester.With the consideration of the effects of air and fiber on the rheological property of fiber suspension,considering the pulp flowing as Herschel Bulkley fluid with yield stress and shear thinning characteristic,a numerical simulation method was developed. The yield process in gradually increased shear stress was discussed.The effects of material physical parameters and rotating tester size were analyzed.The results show that in the shear indoor,the pulp viscosity decreases and the yielding areas increase with the increasing of rotational speed.With the increasing of shearing chamber diameter,the pulp viscosity is increased with decreased sporting area.For the same rotational speed,with the increasing of yield stress,the pulp viscosity increases.With the increasing of apparent viscosity,the pulp viscosity increases,and the sporting area decreases.With the increasing of shear thinning index,the pulp viscosity decreases,and the sporting area increases.关键词
