协同护理模式对慢性心力衰竭病人自我护理能力的影响
Influence of collaborative care model on self care ability of patients with chronic heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of collaborative care model on self care ability of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 96 patients with chronic heart failure patients were divided into obser-vation group and control group by using random number table,48 cases in each.The patients in control group re-ceived the conventional models of care including diet,rest and exercise,medication guide,and other measures to prevent infection,the patients in observation group received the collaborative care model on the basis of routine care.The self care ability of patients were evaluated and compared before and after intervention by using self care Measurement Scale (ESCA).Results:After intervention,the scores of self care skills,self responsibility, self concept and health knowledge of patients in observation group were significantly higher than that in con-trol group(P <0.01).Conclusion:The collaborative care model with its unique concept promoted the patients and their families to participate in care,provided the high quality and efficient care,to help to solve a variety of health issues of patients,in order to improve patients’self care ability.关键词
