摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into and analyze the understanding and cognition of the treatment experts and nursing experts of spinal cord injury to deep venous thrombus and to determine basic elements of patients’cog-nition on lower extremity thrombosis.Methods:The qualitative research method was taken as a guide for depth interviews with 10 experts and to gather information.Results:Four basic elements were extracted,including the understanding of the concept and mechanism of lower extremity thrombosis,The cognition of the harmfulness of lower extremity thrombosis,the risk factors of lower extremity thrombosis in patients with spinal cord inju-ry,the prevention and treatment of lower extremity thrombosis in patients with spinal cord injury (exercise,di-et,medication,treatment).Conclusion:The basic framework of cognition of the spinal cord injury patients on lower extremity thrombosis was constructed,and to provide the basis for the future development of quantitative research.关键词
