摘要

Abstract

According to relativistic electromagnetic fields transformation, when capacitor and toroid that were filled with medium are moving along special directions, calculations for energy of electromagnetic fields were given. The results show that the ratio of the energy and static energy is not only relevant with the speed and the direction of moving, but also with the relative permittivity and the relative permeability of the media respectively.
