摘要
Abstract
The paper, beginning from the definition of the neural network, introduces BP neural network and MATLAB neural network toolbox. By taking the prediction of the commodity apartment sales tendency of a cer-tain city as an example, the paper thoroughly analyzes the prediction method through BP neural network. A large number of simulations indicate that neural network is capable of providing relatively objective judgments for pre-dicting the tendency in real estate sales, which can offer a rational reference in time for relevant government de-partments, business administration and individuals.关键词
