安氏II1与安氏II2错牙合下颌骨生长旋转的研究
Growth and rotation of jaws in untreated Class II malocclusion
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the characteristics of the mandibular growth of untreated patients of Angle class II malocclusion by the Cervical vertebral maturation method (CVM),Then provide reference for the orthodontic treatment for patients of Angle class II malocclusion. Method:The examined sample consisted of untreated lateral cephalometric records of 663untreated Class II patients of Chinese,including 1division 422 (225 females and 197males),2division 241 (150 fe-males and 91 males),and then it was grouped by gender and CVM.The following variables were measured with Winceph8.0 Cephalometrics analysis software.the jaw rotation variables:mandibular true rotation Angle (SN-XiPm),mandibular plane Angle(SN-GoGn),occlusal plane Angle(SN-OP),and facial height ratio(S-Go/N-Me). The data were used to identify significant differences between all groups by SPSS16.0 software. Result:male's mandible rotated for same direction between Class II/1 and Class II/2,but female's is opposite .For male,SN-GoGn is was more obtuse in Class II/1 than Class II/2,while the difference had statistical significance in CS4 (P =0.021),CS5 (P =0.04);SN-GoGn significantly reduced in CS1-CS2,then increases in females with Class II/1 compared with subjects with Class II/2 who exhibited a significantly decreased SN-GoGn in CS2-CS3 and increased in CS3-CS4.Male's OP-SN in Class II/1 was significantly smaller in CS5 when compared with Class II/2 .OP-SN in female with Class II/1 compared with subjects with Class II/2 who exhibited a significantly increased OP-SN in CS1-CS2 and decreased in CS2-CS3,which statistically significant differences were found in CS5 and CS6. Conclusion:In Angle's class II,1 divisionand2 division,male's mandible rotated for same direction, but female's just the opposite. Compared with class II 2 division,1 division OP-SN Angle is smaller,GoGn-SN Angle is bigger,no gender difference.关键词
