成人轻度骨性Ⅲ类错牙合不同拔牙模式矫治的侧貌分析
Facial profile changes after orthodontic treatment with two extraction models in mild skeletal Class III adult patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the profile changes after orthodontic treatment with two extraction models in mild skeletal Class III adult patients. Method:40 cases who could choose premolar or third-molar extraction models were equally divided into 2 groups based on the practical extraction position. Cephalograms were taken at initial visit and finish time for all patients and analyzed by 10 skeletal and 11 soft-tissue measurements. Result:The premolar-extraction group showed signifi-cant decreases in∠U1-NA,∠L1-NB angles and retrusion of the lower lip (P<0.05). On the contrary,the third-molar-ex-traction group showed significant increase in∠U1-NA angle and protrusion of the upper lip(P<0.05). The profile changes in nasolabial angle,thickness of the upper lip,Z angle,retrusion of the lower lip and depth of the labiomental fold were cor-related with the movements of incisors (P< 0.05). Conclusion:Though different changes were found in two extraction mod-els,the facial concavity and the shape of chin could be corrected in some degree.关键词
