摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of islet factor 1 (Islet1, Isl-1) on the expression of the three different stages of nerve growth in the dental pulp of maxillary teeth. Method:Bring Wnt1cre/+male with bring Isl1f/f female together to get the next generation bring Wnt1cre/+;Isl1-/-,use the PCR to appraisal the next generation genotype. Get the mouse brain respectively at 13.5 days、14.5 days and 15.5 days post conception. The control is the same group not Isl1 null mouse brain. Frozen section this tissue. Comparison of nerve distribution of the 13.5 days, 14.5 days, 15.5 days of mice by using the method of immunofluorescence staining in the mice with gene knockout mice and the same group the mice control. Result:Identification of the PCR results for gene knock in mice and littermate control mice, respectively in section 13.5 days, day 14.5 and 15.5 days to observe the gene knock in addition to mice and littermate control mice dental pulp nerve, and each period of the experimental group in the nerve distribution significantly reduced, the control group nerve distribution more. Conclusion:During the growth and development of dental pulp, the transcription factor of Isl-1 may affect the expression of the nerve of the pulp, which may be the transcription factor of Isl-1, and affect the projection of the pulp nerve.
