大鼠胎鼠成骨细胞的培养及初步鉴定
The cultivation and preliminary identification of osteoblast from rat fetal
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To obtain pure fetal rat osteoblast from rats. Method:SD parturient pregnant fetal rat's ab-domen,mechanical spin off its skull,enzyme digestion method and tissue block method combined with cultivating the origi-nal generation of hybrid cells,using the differential sticking wall method to purification of osteoblast,different staining method for identification. Result:the primary cultured cells,after two or three sample purification can completely remove fiber cells. Osteoblast is triangular,polygons,alkaline phosphatase and calcium nodules staining positive. Conclusion:the experiment to obtain relatively pure fetal rat osteoblast in rats,conform to the evaluation of in vitro cell biology experiment requirement to the cells.关键词
