摘要

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of ICON penetrating resin restoration on artificial enamel caries leukoplakia. Method:Select 28 bicuspids removed for orthodontic,prepare artificial enamel caries,and then randomly divide them into experimental group and controlled group. The ICON penetrating resin restoration on artificial enamel caries leuko-plakia is employed in the experimental group while the fluoride treatment is employed in the controlled group. Measure and compare the surface micro hardness of the enamel caries leukoplakia after restoration and the reduction percentage of the caries leukoplakia area. Finally use SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis. Result:The surface micro hardness value of the enamel caries in the experimental group is significantly higher than that in the controlled group after treatment and the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05);the area of caries leukoplakia in the experimental group is smaller than that in the controlled group after repair and the difference is statistically significant as well (P<0.05). Conclusion:ICON pene-trating resin can improve the surface micro hardness of the artificial enamel caries leokoplakia and greatly reduce the per-centage of the area of caries leokoplakia,therefore,it's recommended for clinical use.
