CBCT与DR根尖片在根折诊断中的应用比较研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the diagnostic accuracy of cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) and Digital radiography (DR) for root fracture. Method:Fifty root fracture teeth were included. All of pictures of DR and CBCT were retrospectively assessed by two experienced endodontists and one radiologist to compare the diversity and accuracy of DR and CBCT in the diagnosis of root fracture. Result:In the fifty teeth,the detection rate of CBCT is 100 %,but the detection rate of DR was only 20 %. Significant difference of the diagnostic accuracy of root fracture between CBCT and DR was found. Conclusion:Compared with the DR,CBCT had a significant advantage in the diagnosis of root fracture.关键词
