上海市宝山区居民口腔黏膜疾病的流行病学调查
Investigation on the prevalence of oral mucosa diseases among residents in Baoshan District of Shanghai

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the characteristic of the prevalence of oral mucosa diseases (OMD) among resi-dents in Baoshan District of Shanghai,provide scientific basis for prevention and control strategies. Method:Questionnaire survey and physical examination were conducted in two communitis selected by cluster sampling ,653 residents aged from 17 to 92 years old were investigated. Result:The prevalence rate of oral mucosa diseases of the 653 residents investigated was 9 %. The most common oral mucosa diseases were atrophic glossitis (1.84 %)、aphthous ulcers (1.68 %)、Burning Mouth Syndrome (1.38 %),oral lichen planus (1.23 %)、traumatic ulcers (1.23 %). the prevalence of OMD between age groups were obviously different.Tobacco and alcohol use,and Psychological factor in OMD group were significantly higher than No-OMD group. Conclusion:Age,tobacco and alcohol use,and Psychological factor correlated with occurrence and development of OMD,and they should be used as key points of primary prevention.关键词
