Neuroendoscopic surgery via keyhole for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with disposable transparent sheaths

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and safety of the neuroendoscopic surgery via keyhole for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with disposable transparent sheaths.Methods The clinical data of 35 patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by neuroendoscopic surgery via keyhole with disposable transparent sheaths were analyzed retrospectively.Results The length of scalp incision was 3.0 to 4.0 cm, the diameter of bone window was 2.0 to 2.5 cm, the mean hematoma evacuation rate was 90.2%, the mean operation time was 76.20 min, the mean intraoperative blood loss was 100 ml.The glasgow outcome scale ( GOS) score 6 months after the operation revealed: recovered well in 10 patients, mild disability in 10, severe disability in 10, vegetative state in 6 and died in 0.Conclusions Neuroendoscopic surgery via keyhole for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with disposable transparent sheaths is a new form of intracranial hematoma surgery, with the advantages of less trauma, short operative time, few complications, quick recovery , and can greatly reduce mortality and morbidity, and has a good effect of neuro recovery.It is worthy of clinical application widely.关键词
