三叉神经痛微血管减压术后疗效及相关并发症分析
Efficacy of MVD for trigeminal neuralgia and related complications
摘要
Abstract
Objective To research the factors that affect the efficacy of microvascular decompression ( MVD ) and surgical complications.Methods The clinical data of 89 primary trigeminal neuralgia ( TN ) patients underwent MVD were analyzed retrospectively.Results 68 patients'pain disappeared immediately after MVD,7 cases were significantly alleviated.The follow up from one to four years showed cured in 77 cases,markedly effective in 5,effective in 4 and ineffective in 3(3.4%).Surgical complications showed cerebellar hematoma in 2 cases,severe cerebral edema in 2, hearing impairment in 1, subcutaneous fluid accumulation in 3, headache and dizziness in 4. Conclusions Typical clinical symptoms,shorter duration,clear responsibility vessels oppressed by single artery and slighter nerve compression are closely related to a good results.The measures of carefully looking for responsible vessels,sufficiently releasing the conglutination, strictly protecting facial nerve and auditory nerve can further improve surgical efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
