摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the nucleolus and the spindle-associated protein 1 ( NUSAP1 ) high expression in glioma and its effects on glioma cell line LN229 ( knockdown NUSAP1) .Methods Specimens were collected in 30 glioma and 10 epilepsy surgeries.Quantitative real-time (qRT-PCR) and Western blot technology detect the expression of NUSAP1 in 40 samples, Lentiviral-mediated and siRNA-mediated knockdown in LN229 was further to investigate its role in glioma cell biological functions.Cell growth and apoptosis were tested in vitro by CCK-8 assays. Results Expression of NUSAP1 in gliomas were significantly higher than that in epilepsy samples (control).Conclusions Knockdown of NUSAP1 expressing suppress glioma cells growth , promote glioma cell apoptosis and LN229 Cell stagnate in G2/M period.It might be a new gene therapy target.关键词
