脊髓空洞症合并Charcot关节病1例并文献复习
Syringomyelia combined with Charcot joint disease( a report of 1 case and review of literature)
摘要
Abstract
Objective To report one case of syringomyelia ( SM ) combined with Charcot joint disease ( CJ ) , further improving diagnosis and treatment of the disease by the method of literature review.Method By reviewing the clinical features of the disease and the typical imaging features, in combination with related literature in order to improve diagnostic accuracy.Results The clinical diagnosis of the patient's left elbow sickness is the typical Charcot joint disease,the case is diagnosed as syringomyelia caused Chiari malformation by cervical spine MRI .Conclusion Clinical and radiological features is a major basis for diagnosis of the disease.There is currently no effective treatment but surgery has certain curative effect.关键词
