重型颅脑损伤65例标准大骨瓣开颅治疗体会

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of standard large trauma craniotomy in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods The therapeutic effects and postoperative complications of 65 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who underwent the standard large trauma craniotomy with bone flap decompression were observed.Results According to Glasgow outcome scale(GOS) standard,a follow-up was con ducted half a year later,which indicated that 26 cases got favorable outcome,24 cases suffered moderated and severe disability,4 cases were living vegetatively ,11 cases were died.Conclusion The standard large trauma craniotomy can thoroughly remove theintracranial hematoma and necrotic brain tissue,sufficient decompression,improve treatment survival rate.Clinical treatment can obtain satisfactory by individuation.关键词
