The Exploration and Practice of Personnel Training Mode Based on Modern Apprenticeship

Abstract
Along with the economic transformation and industrial upgrading in China, “modern apprenticeship”occupation education training mode ready. The successful practice of apprenticeship education in western countries has brought a steady stream of highly qualified technical and skilled talents to the social and industrial development. In the past two years, the Ministry of education actively promote the training of modern apprenticeship model pilot, while the school to put forward the practical side of research, theoretical sublimation. This article is from the modern apprentice system under the enrollment mode, personnel training mode, the apprentice evaluation model and so on, hope to get a set of effective, can be used for reference of modern apprenticeship personnel training system.关键词
