An Express Evaluation Information Method of Agile C2 Based on Two-tuple Linguistic and Comparison Score Operator

Abstract
Modern battlefield has complex and changeable characteristics, so fast response is needed. In this course Agile Command and Control( C2) is very import. In group decision making, decision makers should express their decision⁃making information accurately and promptly, so as to facilitate information and improve the quality of decision. For it is difficult for the decision makers to accurately gave the value of the symbolic translation using the two⁃tuple linguistic method, this paper presents a method for determining the symbolic transfer value based on comparison score operator. For the situation that a number of alternatives are evaluated to the same level of linguistic assessment, we can determine the weight of these programs using comparison score operator, and the transfer function will transfer the weights into the value of the symbolic translation. The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated through a numerical example.关键词
