摘要
Abstract
In view of the loopholes existing in “the flood control standards” ( GB50201⁃94) and “the outdoor drainage standard” ( partial revision in 2014 ) , which are the normative documents the latest revised by our country, this paper put forward the concept of flood control and drainage in the water⁃logging point emphatically by analyzing the characteristics of flood disaster. On the basis of this concept, it established the model which expressed the relationship between the rainstorm intensity and water⁃logging point submergence. It took the west campus of Taiyuan University of Technology as test area and took two typical rainfall processes in Taiyuan as examples to calculate the runoff and confluence. According to the outlet volume characteristic curves, it obtained the pounding depth in the water⁃logging point of model consisting with the measured values, which verified the rationality of the model and made it possible to infer the degree of the city inundated loss by the amount of rainfall.关键词
