Abstract
P-aminoazobenzene was measured by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector (HPLC-DAD) method in textiles. The factors that effected the measurement uncertainty, such as sample weighing, reduction, extraction, standard solution preparation, curve fitting and measurement repeatability, were evaluated by creating mathematical model and the method of choosing evaluation. According to the regulation of Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (JJF1059.1-2012), each factor was integrated and extended. The results showed that standard solution preparation and random effects in test process were the main source of p-aminoazobenzene in textiles.关键词
