摘要
Abstract
Appearance design of industrial products is the wisdom combined with science and technology and art of the crystalization, or can be caled as plastic arts on the basis of science and technology, and also is because of the economic development of human society. Appearance design of industrial products is not only to meet the new people's spiritual needs, but also born out of the new forms of interests, which is playing an important role in to strengthen and improve the enterprise's comprehensive competitiveness. Therefore, the legal protection for the rights and interests is particularly important. Based on the characteristics and development of industrial products, this paper tries to analyze how to make an effective legal protection for industrial product design and puts forward some suggestions.关键词
