摘要

Abstract

RAVE ( regulator of the H+⁃ATPase of the vacuolar and endosomal membrane ) complex containing Rav1p, Rav2p and Skp1p, is a key regulatory factor of V⁃ATPase activity regulating mechanism. Latest news showed Leu1p capable of interacting with RAVE. This study,we constructed 4 Saccharomyces cerevisiae BY4742 recombinant strains that were lack of Rav1, Rav2, Vma2 and Leu1 respectively by fusion PCR and homologous recombination. RAVE for V⁃ATPase activity regulation is likely to be achieved by conjunction with Leu1p. Our study provided an important basis for studying the relationship between RAVE and Leu1p,also the study of regulation mechanism of the V⁃ATPase.
