经济新常态下辽宁省装备制造企业创新影响因素及对策∗
Factors influencing innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province under New Economic Normal and countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
With the arrival of the 13th Five-year Plan, the pressure of economic downturn is increasing in Liaoning Province. As the pillar industry in Liaoning Province, equipment manufacturing industry can only actualize transformation and upgrading through innovation in the New Economic Normal and seize the commanding heights of equipment manufacturing in the world. The driving factors influencing innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises in the New Economic Normal are studied, a large number of domestic and foreign literatures are summarized, and the status quo of equipment manufacturing development in Liaoning Province is combined. Six main factors are selected as driving factors, namely, science and technology, market demand, market competition, government procurement, government-related financial support and tax relief, through which the impact mechanism is described of cause-effect diagram of system dynamics. The influencing mechanism of the driving factors is summarized, and countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, in order to promote more proactive innovation activities of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province.关键词
